Lovely meditation -- thank you. It reminds me of Whitman: "I bequeath myself to the dirt to grow from the grass I love, / If you want me again look for me under your boot-soles." This is the sentiment I end my poetry book with, too.
" .. are as much a part of the cycles on earth as sunrises, seasons, and storms." Paired with dying, born, and eternal are a revival of perspective to which we all have a choice in our involvement, right? What it means to be a participant in life instead of a bystander.
And another possible consideration of this line may be in "ego death" - that idea, to die before we die. Perhaps a lofty aspiration, but hey, what else are we doing as spiritual beings having a human experience?😉 Thank you again for this incredibly beautiful series of posts.
